In this workshop, you will learn and practice Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques that help reduce the effects and symptoms of anxiety. An overview of anxiety signs and symptoms and how they affect our lives will also be included.
This workshop is appropriate for students at all levels of Yoga knowledge and ability. Please note that this workshop is an introduction to Yoga and how the philosophy and practice relates to coping with anxiety.
